The next day, Umino came back and arranged the fastest funeral. 
Me,Chibiusa and Hotaru helped along. Others came, including Kelly, 
Yumiko and Miss Haruna. I can't believe Miss Haruna is still single! 
Among allof them, Umino was the only one who hadn't changed much for 
the past few years. He was the saddest too. Who couldn't blame him?
	Miss Haruna had gona all wrinkled and had white hair. Naru's 
mum was sobbing away, but not as upset as Umino. He practically 
refused to let go from the coffin.
	I still had the image of Naru-chan's face. She was so peaceful, 
as if life had given her all she wanted. She even had a small smile 
on her face. I wonder if she ever heard what I said last night.
	Finally, we drove off. The three of us all sat in silence as I 
drove. Then I remembered something.
	"What are you doing here, Chibiusa?"
	"I came for a visit," she said happily. "I want to see how Puu 
is doing, since she''s settled down," Chibiusa continued. 
      "Yes, keeps her mind of Mamoru-san and 'concentrates' on papa," 
Hotaru chipped in. I was wondering. What did Hotaru-san mean? I 
understood the 'concentrating', but what about Mamoru?
      "Say, I've never seen Mamo-chan ever since I came. What 
happened to both of you?" Chibiusa-chan asked. I didn't want to bore 
her with details, so we just drove off.
      "We reached at Tomoe Mansion about half an hour later. Hotaru 
and Chibiusa jumped out of the car and raced to the front door. 
Although 14, they still acted like kids.
      Setsuna opened the door and Chbiusa jumped into her arms. 
"Puu!" Chibiusa exclaimed. Hotaru also went and hugged Setsuna.
      "Just in time, Small Lady. There's someone I'd like you to 
meet," Setsuna led all of us into her designing room where she 
makes and designs her clothes. Inside was Ami-chan and Taiki-kun.
      "Small Lady, I'd like you to meet Kou Taiki," Setsuna 
introduced the two of them. Chibiusa-chan blurted out, "So you're 
the one that got hitched with Mercury? Too bad she outlives you 
in the future," Ami-chan tried not to blush.
      "I just said, "Congratulations, Ami!". I just couldn't feel 
happy for Ami at all. I wondered why.  Could it be because she 
was too young to marry Taiki? She hadn't even finised her 
internship! I just erased it out of my mind. After all, this was 
what she wanted and I had no right to interfere.
      Taiki announced, "Ami and I are going toget engaged after 
our internship. Then we marry in a year's time, when we have 
enough experience," How can anyone plan anything so precisely.
      "Chibiusa asked, "Usagi, when are you going to marry Mamo-chan?" 
I just wanted to lie when Hotaru said, "Usa-san, haven't you told 
her yet?" Setsuna continued, "Small Lady, Usa-san is going to 
marry Taiki-kun's brother," Chibiusa asked, "Since when does 
Mamoru have a brother named Taiki?"
      Finally, Taiki-kun broke the confusion, "Chibiusa-san, you 
cousin is going to marry my brother Seiya istead of Mamoru," 
That was a statement to finish all statements. Chibiusa's face 
froze and stared at me with a horrible look on her face.
      "USAGI! What happened about loving Mamo-chan forever? What 
happened? I go away for a while and I find out you're loving and 
ENGAGED-to someone else! A total stranger!"
      "Chibiusa, Kou Seiya is NOT a stranger! He happens to be 
someone who is better than any Mamoru Chiba there is!" I reasoned 
with Chibiusa.
      "YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ME ANYMORE!!! THAT'S WHY YOU'RE 
MARRYING SEIYI! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN! NEVER!!!" Chibiusa 
ran out of the house, on the verge of tears.
      Many people tend to mispronounce my brother's name," 
Taiki-kun thought.
	By that time, I wished I could have turned the clock back and 
corrected my mistakes. I didn't care if anybody was watching. I 
broke down and cried. I had lost the next important thing in my 
life.
